Refund policy

Because all of our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Gelato, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jack@ihategroup.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with Gelato to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Items Lost in Transit

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch (or within a reasonable timeframe for your region), please get in touch with us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us at jack@ihategroup.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Because our orders are fulfilled by a third party, chargebacks create significant complications for all parties. We take every enquiry seriously and will work to resolve your issue promptly.
