These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ihate.store and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our store is operated by I Hate Group Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), based in Sydney, Australia.

Products and Orders

All products sold through our store are printed on demand and fulfilled by our third-party production and logistics partner, Gelato. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitors and the print-on-demand process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock/fulfilment issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our store are in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude GST/tax as indicated. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details.

Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We ask that you contact us at jack@ihategroup.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
