Shipping policy

All orders placed through our store are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party production and logistics partner, Gelato. This means your items are printed on demand and dispatched from the Gelato facility nearest to your delivery address, helping to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

Processing and Delivery Times

Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days of being placed, though international deliveries may occasionally take longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If tracking hasn't updated after several days, please reach out to us before taking any further action.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us directly at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve it with Gelato on your behalf. We're happy to help sort out replacements, refunds, or any other issues.

Important — Please Contact Us Before Opening a Chargeback

Because our orders are fulfilled by a third party, chargebacks create significant complications and delays for everyone involved. If you have any concern at all with your order — whether it's a delivery issue, a quality problem, or anything else — please contact us first so we can make it right. We take every enquiry seriously and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays to your resolution and may affect your ability to place future orders.
